Vertical submerged mud pump series single-stage single-suction mud pump (separate, horizontal). It is mainly used to transport liquids such as water, oil, acid-base liquid, emulsion, suspension emulsion and liquid metal, as well as liquid, gas mixture and liquid containing suspended solids, which can be used for infrastructure, geology, mining, environmental protection, chemical industry, etc The industry is used for conveying sand, mud and sewage. It has the characteristics of long life, simple structure and reliable operation.

Vertical mud pumps are used in mining, metallurgy, municipal construction, chemical industry, printing and dyeing and other departments to pump various slurries containing quicksand, small mud blocks, etc. It can also be used to transport ore sand liquid in cities and factories, and absorb yellow sand and mud underground. Depending on the pumped medium, the flow parts of various materials can be changed, and it is suitable for conveying various abrasive or corrosive slurry materials. The maximum concentration of conveying is 50-60% by weight. Among them, 3PNL and 4PNL mud pumps are equipment for drilling holes in basic construction projects, which can be used for conveying solid and liquid two-phase fluids in mining, metallurgy, power plants and other departments.

Features

1. Wear-resistant cast iron is used for the wear-bearing parts of the submerged mud pump, which has a long service life.

2. The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted in time to maintain high efficiency.

3. The bearing of the above type of pump is directly installed in the horizontal open bracket, which is convenient for dismantling and inspection to adjust in time, and a water-cooled serpentine tube is installed in the oil pool, which improves the working conditions of the bearing.

4. The pump body above the pump is larger and adopts a split structure, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
