C. Main Technical Parameters SINO-MS series hydraulic winch consists of cycloidal motor, planetary gear reducer and brake. Adopt screw connection steel frame, equipped with shuttle valve, balance valve and other safety control system filling, its compact structure, small space, it is suitable for ships, docks and cars and other lifting and traction equipment.
Precautions for installation and use
1. This capstan is arranged on the main machine, generally middle and back traction. If there is double middle and back traction or other arrangement, the installation method of rope presser needs to be changed, please specify when ordering.
2. To install the capstan on the main machine, it shall be fixed with bolts with mechanical strength of 10.9 grade (gb5782-86) or above to ensure sufficient strength.
3. When winding the wire rope, load the rope head into the rope hole of the capstan drum, then tighten the screw, and in the rope winding condition, manually wind 4~5 times, load 5~10kN force to wind the wire rope tightly.
4. Wire rope winding in and winding out must ensure that the included Angle between the center line of the reel and the wire rope is no more than 30, to prevent disorderly rope and winch winding force deviation.
5. When in use, the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system should meet the requirements of the main technical parameters.
6. When pulling the heavy object, the clutch must be fully combined. It is strictly forbidden to release the clutch when pulling the heavy object or having the load.
7. This hydraulic capstan is not designed for manned lifting, and the design condition is intermittent work.
8. It is strictly prohibited to stand under heavy objects in work to ensure work safety.
9. Do not use unsafe wire rope, wire rope scrap should refer to gb5972-86.
10. Every year or 300 times of operation cycle should be filled with lithium oil reducer, to ensure good piston
11. Check whether there is oil leakage in all parts of the capstan, and tighten the screw plug and Ei parts in time if there is oil leakage
12. Check whether the clutch is flexible and detachable, and whether the combination is adequate.
13. The capstan mounting bolt should not be loose.
